It's so funny how many bodybuilders people say this about or that they will be dead by 40, have a heart attack etc and yet it hardly ever happens.

Ok so how many bodybuilders over the past 20yrs have had kidney problems or severe health problems? Maybe 10? 20? That many out of ALL the bodybuilders out there. Very small amount in the grand scheme of things but you guys that hate bodybuilding just need something to post so you can be as negative as possible. I'll never understand why you guys are on a bodybuilding forum.

Oh boy, you cannot really be that stupid can you? Do you know all of the bodybuilders on the planet from the past 20 years? Yet you arrive on pulling numbers out of your ass that 10 to 20 have had severe health problems, interesting.

However, the actual medical research suggests otherwise, abuse drugs and you will pay.

Actually the research does not suggest anything since there has been hardly any research done. Sure no one knows how many body builders there are out there but out of the ones we know how many have actually had problems? Hell the guys that people seem to think are the biggest abusers don't seem to be having any issues. I'm not saying there aren't negatives to using and abusing steroids but idiots like you see one guy and instantly start posting how "will be dead by 40" "Kidney failure in a year" etc. Get over it. There just isn't that many cases of people dying or having major health issues from steriods. NOT at all saying that there aren't out there but it's not like smoking or alcohol where there are truly studies that show how dangerous they are. You guys are just idiots that are here acting like little kids making fun of people who want to be body builders. Grow up man really. You and several others are on a board about body building and body builders use and abuse steroids so either deal with it or go some where else. It's as simple as that.

you are so wrong and blinded! i really wish you a healthy long life and never have to endure any health issues because of AAS used/abused.... We all tend to thiink of ourselves as invincible and those few times we ve heard of these horrid stories, kidney failures, liver tumors, etc. we want to believe they just wont happen to us. Unfortunately THEY do happen more often than we think and the consequences are devastating and life changing.

Sorry I don't agree. I agree it does happen. But people on here act like it's an epidemic or something and it's not. They also assume that everyone that is big is on super extreme doses when in reality you just don't know what they are on. It's just dumb that people constantly rip on guys saying they are going to die. It's stupid and ignorant. Not even sure why you are wishing me anything since this isn't even about me. I'm not even competing. Bottom line is people just need to keep the stupid comments to themselves.
