    What I wonder is, you se the exercise performed properly in videos, or inn te gym, and this is what you come up with. It's not dancing. You can pretty much duplicate what you see easily.

    This training looks like it is the evolution of gaining muscle. I am going to get some flashing lights and hit the gym hard this week. Seizure training I am going to patent this shit.

    the chances of some random guy(like in the video) in the gym doing those exercises for those reasons though is slim to none lol

    Probably not but I would bet you that most of the people posting in this thread have no clue as to how partial reps are highly effective at targeting certain muscles.

    True, plus I find myself liking reps more and more like the "Huh" rep, not as dramatic but a shorter range of motion.
