This was the statement I made...

Not gonna make any excuse. I wasn't there, so therefore any comment would be inaccurate since i wasn't there in person to get any first hand impressions. I'm seeing things on the internet just like you guys. Doesn't change his potential...but the outcome is very disappointing for Max. He wasn't going there for 2nd or 3rd, he was going there to win....and he didn't and I feel bad for him. I wont comment on what i saw...you guys can judge for yourself thru all the pics and videos and form your own conclusions. But i wasnt there and have no idea of what went down....all i know is that I feel bad for Max as he put alot of hard work into this show. He'll make a great pro one day. Tonight wasn't his night. Congrats to Frazier and the other new pros.

Thanks for reposting it. I think I recall you said you saw him a few days out. How did he look then?

Also if you're willing to answer do you think he lost it in the few days after you saw him or was lost earlier in his prep?

The outcome of the show doesn't change Max's potential. He wasn't at his best for the show and that is unfortunate. But life (and competition) is a learning process. I have a funny feeling you will see a vastly improved Max next time ;-) Rome wasn't built in a day. But my feeling on this is that you should all listen to SexyBeast777's opinion on Max. For now i'll happily "eat crow" and take any negative criticism you may want to throw at me for "hyping him up"....but it wasn't hype, its all the truth...people just haven't seen it yet is all. Max is the most physically gifted bber I have ever seen....easily! Rip me apart for saying that if you wish, just as long as you come on and apologize when he shows up looking the way I know he will in the future. I will not be hyping Max anymore after this post until after the next time he competes. I would rather wait and see everybody freak out when he shows what he is capable of. I'm friends with some pretty awesome bodybuilders, guys who have won the Arnold, guys who have won other pro shows, guys who have taken top 5 and Arnold and Olympia...NOBODY I know has the physical gifts that Max has...nobody. I feel bad for Max taking 3rd at the USAs, as that was definitely a failure for him...but sometimes failing in life is what makes us grow the most.

For someone who has been relying on genetics to get him this far you would think that teaming up with a prep coach and trainer he would improve in leaps and bounds. Instead he has regressed!

If we go on him being a genetic freak the likes of which you have never seen then there must have been something fundamentally flawed in his prep for him to regress like that. Either that or he was ill or something. So far that hasn't been answered.

He had the same prep coach he had for Nationals....nothing changed in that regard. Takes time to learn your body. Even tho he has taken 2nd and 3rd at National shows Max is still a novice competitor. Sometimes the "outcome" of a contest is an illusion...regressing one placing or "appearing" to have not progressed is often just the result of how the competitor looked at that moment. Sometimes things don't work out...that's the essence of competition. But its how we learn and grow.

Thanks for taking the time to try clear things up. I hope to see Max do well. Any serious competitor keeping a tight waistline is a credit to bodybuilding and deserves some success.

    Default Damn !

Tflexxin COMMENT ( from the max charles Nick Trgili prejudjing comparison photo thread ) "Max had more shot up muscles in his upper body that anyone. His delts came to a point, not round. I stood right behind him backstage. Awful shot up garbage. Plus, he will never win because he walked around like a thug in his stupid work boots and torn up clothes. Like it or not, becoming a pro is also about an image. After the show, NO ONE interviewed him, no one gave a shit about max charles. Meanwhile, Nick was being interviewed by everyone who could get his attention.

Max is another dime a dozen shot up arms delts and bad ass attitude competitor who will fade away.....and his retarded crew of ass kissing morons back stage were annoying as fuck. The Haitian Sensation, more like the Haitian headache."

I guess he doesn't like Max huh?.....who cares? is what it is...most people don't want to see others succeed.....whoever said that didn't want him to do well in the first place.

I wish Max all the best...I just hope he isn't shooting to much synthol into various bodyparts and I hope he acts appropriate at bodybuilding contests......
