Its sad that he will not compete this year . It will be a shitty Mr O . Phil will remain the King and the rest of them doesnt count .

Even if Jay did compete this yr, I find it hard to believe that he would find a top 4 spot, Im a Jay fan but the man just seems so damn tired from all his traveling every week for the last um-teen yrs, I say he needs to retire but thats his decision of course, but as for "the rest of them doesnt count" Phil is the man YES, but its bodybuilding you never know what will happen, Wolf and Kai are looking on point

Kai , since 2009 ( at the Arnold Classic ) he didnt bring to the stage that 100 % condition , he will not be a threat to Phil . Kai looks sick doh ,but the judges want that 2009 AC condition .

Kai's 2011 NY Pro physique was his best to date IMO, if he looked like that at the 2011 Mr O, It would have been very close between him and Phil, Phil is my fav though, classic lines
