    Default Testosterone Enanthate, Trenbolone Acetate, Methandienone cycle log

    so this cycle will begin in about 10 days.

    this cycle will be;
    testosterone enanthate 1200mg/week. weeks 1-10.
    trenbolone acetate 100mg/eod. weeks 4-10.
    methandienone 50mg/day weeks 1-4.

    notes:
    will be pinning the test e on mondays and fridays. test e is 300mg/ml
    the methandienone is 25mg per cap and will be taken 2 times per day 6 hours apart. normally i would take dbol 3-4 even doses per day but since this is in caps i can't split doses easily so i am just going to take it 2 times per day.
    total cost of cycle:
    4 vials test e 300mg/ml $140.00
    2 vials tren a 100mg/ml $80.00
    60 caps methandienone 25mg/cap $65.00
    total cost: $285.00

    have been slacking slightly on diet and training recently, but as of 6 days ago i have started my mass diet/training and will be on that diet/training for 16 days when i start new cycle.
    slacking off was due to a car accident, i broke my arm in 3 places and tore my meniscus in my left leg. i stopped training and diet for 21 days.
    was not happy at all about this!
    totaled my vehicle that was paid off for 8 years. sucks but shit happens. accident was not my fault.

    training will be as follows for 6 weeks then will change.

    1: heavy chest/ light back
    2: heavy arms/ light shoulders
    3: heavy quads/ light hams
    4: rear delts, calves, traps, forearms, abs
    5: heavy back/ light chest
    6: heavy shoulders/ light arms
    7: heavy hams/ light quads

    repeat.

    each day begins with 15 mins of walking at 3.5 on full incline, then a 5-10 min warm up usually consisting of some stretching and light movements to get blood in the muscles.
    the end of each day will have some intense assisted stretching. this is required for me due to many injuries i have. i have had 16 broken bones, 13 surgeries, and was in a wheelchair for 11 months at one time, so stretching and warm up is a must for me.
    i also have physical therapy 3 times per week that includes; deep tissue massage, e-stim treatment, traction, manual manipulation of the spine, aqua therapy, and stretching.

    diet is usually somewhere around 2g protein per lb of bodyweight and 3g carbs per lb of bodyweight. i cheat about 3 times per week which usually is just some form of sugar since i limit sugar so much. diet is pretty clean, mostly free of sugar and fat.
    proteins are:
    eggs
    chicken
    fish (white)
    beef (sirloin, filet, lean ground)

    carbs:
    oats
    rice
    pasta
    grits
    fruit
    dextrose
    (fruit and dextrose are used pre and post workout)

    supps:
    multi vitamin
    creatine
    beta alanine
    arginine
    whey protein
    liver supps
    pre workout: will be using d-stunner by betancourt for at least the first 60 days
    fish oils
    joint supp

    i will post some but not all workouts and some but not all workout numbers.
    i will also post some pics of my food, i love to cook and i am fairly good at it. i have found many ways to make very good tasting yet healthy food.
    if you check my last thread you can see many pics of my food.
    can't wait to begin this cycle. second time using tren a. last cycle i used 50mg eod, this time it will be 100mg eod. tren worked well for me last cycle and i am pretty sure i can handle the amount i plan to use this time.
    i will be using dbol this time instead of superdrol since i can not get the black lion sd, which was super clean and good. plus it has been quite a while since the last time i used d bol and i look forward to that overall good feeling you get from dbol.

    also the focus of this cycle will be:
    overall back thickness (not lats, but thickness), chest (overall size), calves (calves are not bad but i have very high inset calves and being in a wheelchair for a year did not help with overall size), and hamstrings (just overall development)
    overall i am very happy with arms, shoulders, traps, rear delts, quads and lats. quads and shoulders are my best parts for sure.

    have been on a cruise with test e at 250mg/week since may i think. not sure of the exact day, but i believe i started the cruise sometime in may.

    dying to begin but i have to get everything squared away first. (diet, condition, etc...)
    excited the most about the dbol honestly, i love the feeling i have on it and it begins a cycle nicely.
    not as effective as sd but feels better and easier on me.

    ? for anyone following:

    thinking of adding blended products in the first 10-30 days (would lower the test e if i do)

    some options:

    tne (test no ester) with dpp, anadrol

    tne with dbol, anadrol

    tne with dbol

    tne (alone)

    thoughts on this anyone?
    i have just a few days to decide.

    most blends are:
    100mg tne
    25-75mg of the (dbol, anadrol)
    the one with the dpp has 100mg of dpp i think.

    well ill give you my input.

    test p is my fav form of test.
    upside (for me): fast acting, better levels, i feel stronger and more lean on test p., less sides.
    downside: more expensive, to run 1g/week is about 30$ a week or more and you have to pin every other day. 12 week test p only would be 400-500$ or more and thats if you get cheap ass shit and can handle pinning 45 or more times in a cycle. plus scar tissue.

    overall i would mix a slow/fast ester. more efficient and cost is not so bad.
    so if you are going to run 1g per week of test. i would split it 700 test e/ 300 test p or something similar.

    tren is best as a short ester. so you can control sides better. some react badly to it.

    test p 200/ wk eod (50 mg each)
    Tren a 400/wk eod (100 mg each)

    ha sorry i can't put any input in on your question. Do you blast and cruise or cycle. And if so which one do you believe is the better route?

    yeah that is fine. with the 600/400 test to tren ratio you "could" get more shutdown or sides. most will double the amount of tren they take with test.
    so 400tren/800test and so on.
    that is not saying that you will or anything just that some people do get sides or shutdown and if you are one of those people not have more test overall could increase those chances.
    some get little to no sides.

    my advice for most would be this:
    start 1st cycle with test @ 500mg/week then increase 150-250mg/week with each cycle in the future. so if you have ran several cycles then you could increase the test.
    if this is one of your first few cycles then that is fine.
    but if you run it that way and you start feeling like shit or getting some shitty sides i would lower the tren or up the test.

    have done both.
    i like cruise better but you do have to pretty much stay on shit all the time ya know.
    by cycle i felt like i lost more in between cycles and i felt worse.
    i feel a lot better when i am on at least 250mg/week.
