Thank you sir. I tried them with a normal bar yesterday and it just wasn't happening at all.
    675 triple... Damn!
Is he going for the record in Oct at his warm up meet or will he stop short and then crush it in Nov?

Thanks for all the vids/info as well. Appreciated.

There's two meets, the Oct.20th "Kings of Bench" & the Nov.3rd Sacramento meet at SuperTraining, both meets are official meets.

I wasn't totally serious, but there may have been little pieces of Eric left behind on the bar. I'm guessing that I may have inhaled some of them while warming up, thus increasing my test levels by 23.789%.

Just got back a couple of hours ago with Stan from Sacramento and all I can say is WOW !!!!!! We had a great squat session saturday with Mark Bell Stan hit a PR of 865 I wish I could take credit but it was Mark's idea to add 10lbs to the bar, Stan thought he had around 850 on the bar, he had 855, but Mark approached me and asked what I thought about pushing Stan a little harder for this last lift and I agreed I'd put 5lbs on each side real quick while he wasn't looking. It's just what my boy needed !!!! Thanks again Mark for pushing us !!! we needed to turn it up a notch.

Strong squat, looked pretty easy for him.

Do you think Stan's got a 900 in sight at some point in the future?..

LOL not this week, but week after we're going back to Sacramento and he's hitting a 900-903....so yeah it's in his future. We've made a couple of adjustments in our training and it's working well so far.

That about sums it up lol Stan is so structured with our training it's ridiculous and Eric just casually walks in the gym and thows 700lbs around lol.
