Today was our last big PULL day before the Nov.3rd meet in Sacramento. Stan pulled an 815 rather easy without knee wraps. He should be good for around an 835-837 come meet day. I'll keep you guys updated on our monday chest workout, he should hit a 585x2. Everything is looking and feeling good !!!! Also Eric Spoto has his day right around the corner Oct.20th so I'll be up-dating you with that info as well.

Hey Claymore, can you confirm if Eric is attending the Kings of the Bench meet?

Yes, there will be two different people filming. One of them is Jim McDonald of ST and the other one will be Caleb from Believe Media. I'm pretty sure Jim's son will be taking tons of pics as well.

Just checking things quickly at the in-laws house now, will be back online at work tomorrow. Enforced technology break for me right now grrrrrr.

Team STeed representing HARD tonight!!!!! Eric opened with a 660.......then we went to 700 second attempt.....and we skipped the third. Anything over 700 wasn't gonna happen at this meet, the compensation just wasn't there.

    Impressive none the less.
    Big Al hit 620 right?
    You recall any other numbers?
Seemed like a great line up.
And I still imagine that 700 was the best of the night correct?

Big Al opened with a 585, then went to a 620, then attempted a 635 but missed it. Pedro opened with a 600, then attempted a 620 but missed it. The 500 for reps: Pedro hit 6, Al hit 7 and Eric only needed 8 for the win, but he wanted an even 10.
