What's your advice for someone looking to compete and hopefully become a pro bodybuilder, as well as having a completely different career outside of bodybuilding? Is it possible?

    God bless you, Ronnie.

I dont have a question just wanted to say I admire your work ethic in the gym. When I train I grab old magazines and find a pic of you to keep me motivated, it always works

BIG RON! sweet, glad to see you on MD! You know a lot of people admire you physique and a lot of people say you were the best bodybuilder to have ever lived. I myself have to say that you are among the best EVER! Hard work, dedication, commitment, nutrition, and supplementation created the physique that is Ronnie Coleman. But what about the mind? At what point in your career was your mind the strongest? And by that i mean, did you visualize and know that you were unbeatable? Did you push beyond your physical limitations by manipulating your thoughts? Basiclly, when did you know you were at your best in all aspects of your bodybuilding career?
