Ronnie I have only one question, it is normal that you're a living legend of the sport and I'm your big fan, we all know your history, and is unlikely to occur any time soon someone to replace you, but for so many years you fought a lot of bodybuilders In your opinion, who's been the biggest opponent except Jay Cutler???

God bless you Ronnie, light weight baby ))

I don't think theres a clear dominant winner just yet… Phil has the potential to do this but you never know. Theres a lot of talent floating around and anything is possible...

At what point in your career was your mind the strongest? And by that i mean, did you visualize and know that you were unbeatable? Did you push beyond your physical limitations by manipulating your thoughts? Basiclly, when did you know you were at your best in all aspects of your bodybuilding career?
thanks for your kind words. mentally I felt very strong throughout my career because I knew I was putting in the time… I didn't cheat myself and that gave me a sense of security. I pushed myself beyond limits everyday. I loved being a champion and I didn't want that to ever change. I thought 2004 was pretty cool… I saw my self on a jumbo screen and couldn't believe it.

What do you think it will take for Kai to dethrone Phil?

Do you think Kai should have placed 2nd last year?

Who was your biggest threat besides Jay?

    thanks!
