Default How often do YOU train ur abs?

I don't know how often I should crash my abs ...
Four weeks ago I started training my abs every day. Is dat too much or should I continue it?

When I am getting ready for a competition, 2 times a week. Offseason is typically once or twice per week. I like to train my abs heavier, adding weight. Just like other bodyparts.

I don't know what you mean by "works", but I am pleased with my results.

I've been doing once a week, 3 sets for the last couple of years. Seems to work.

Always been my issue this. I went through a solid year of not training abs because people told me they'd get worked enough from regular lifts. That didn't happen though!!

I now do them twice a week.

I have one of those old info-mercial ab rollers. I do reps of 20 on it in-between sets of my main lifts when I workout. Comes out to about 4 or so sets depending on how I feel about it that day. I lift 3x's/week.

i would say never add weight to ab routines it can spoil your physique, but i train them once a week i think they dont need more than that because it gives them strength and you work your core all the time doing squats deads leg press bench press military you name it
