    I abs every 6 days at the end of whatever muscle groups I'm hitting is finished.

    Every 20 minutes I hit 200 crunches. I do that 7 days a week. Truste me, work very well and I have 10 pack.

    I enjoy training abs, I try and find new improved ways of training them. Anyone ever tried the Larry Scott's ring of fire program?

    I heard both sides of the spectrum, from never (they get worked during other workouts) and daily. After reading this thread, I will do them twice a week.
