Geez settle down there killer, I'm sure you're a good writer and everyone thinks you're super smart.

That's what I'm saying. It sounds tough to say you just do it to better yourself, and I'm sure that's part of it, but it's not the only reason. And I'm calling people out!

Good point. I respected Evan, so maybe I took the video too personal. Like he said he was talking about himself and no one else. I might have been projecting a bit here .

    Good point.

I am incredibly small. Right now 6 foot 260.

I must have struck a nerve with you. You just keep trying to insult me. The point of this thread isn't to have everyone agree with me. I wanted to know what everyone thought. But that was before I heard you speak.

Keep lifting big guy. Maybe soon you'll be able to reach the counter top in your avatar and use the big boy soap.

Normally I do too. I just felt like he took it a bit far this time.
And your meltdown is complete. I'll be waiting for you in the underworld.
I went Camp Crystal Lake when I was younger.

I do MMA and train my ass off for months. Then I get my reward. I get to fight. It's my favorite part of the entire process. I can't fathom a professional athlete dreading the best part... the game.

And please don't say it's different. I better myself through practice. Acquire new techniques, get stronger, faster, not unlike a bodybuilder training for a show (which I've also done). But in the end the display of all that hard work (in the ring or octagon) is a thing a beauty. I feel the same about the bodybuilding process.

With all due respect if you do it for just for yourself, as you so vigorously claim, why don't you just pose in the basement of your house alone? Quite bodybuilding if you're so unhappy... seriously, if you just like to lift and better yourself just do that. No on wants you to be unhappy.

All the best to you as well.
I'm sorry you can't comprehend the fact that I find training, dietting and the overall process more fulfilling than stepping onstage.

If posing in my basement was a legitimate way of measuring my progress maybe that would be a viable option. That's like me suggesting you spar with a partner...not really a valid way to measure your progress.

    Hahahaha...why would I quit bodybuilding?

I find it ironic that you're worried about my happiness; you seem awfully upset.

Bolsen needed to feel accepted and that's why he posted 2 videos of himself. Not saying there's anything wrong with that, just don't say that you don't want to be noticed or made a spectacle of. I like Evan and I feel that he has a bright future and now that I think about it more, my hometown hero, Barry Sanders of the Detroit Lions, was the same way. He was always in the spot light but hated that part of his job.
