    DEADLIFT CHALLENGE

    Just posted this up on my Facebook page, reps night tonight

    How many reps can I hit with 220? Just weighed in at 145. If anyone guesses the right number I'll mail out a prize to them. Post a number up on my page here and you're in:

    well, 2 weeks out now.
    cutting everything back and trying to rest up a bit.
    squat and dl openers will be this thursday.
    not sure about my last bench opener yet, maybe next monday??

    How many did you hit? I did 45 in a row and 110 in 5 minutes
