Yea bro I get ready pretty quick. As far as getting sloppy, lol. I don't think i get too fat, learned that lesson. I definitely enjoy the offseason. I mean Im not a pro, don't have guest appearances so i enjoy life. i don't think I would be able to grow eating clean year round. I still had visible abs at 285lbs, I don't think thats too fat but thats my opinion. I follow a 70% clean, 30% junk food ratio. Main thing for me is watching myself closely the last 4-5 weeks of prep, thats when I back off cardio and add more food otherwise I'd flatten out like a pancake. Chad has a great formula for me and it works well!
