I can understand why Hide wants to stay in the open class , but he could do some serious damage in the 212 !

Hide need to understand that he is smaller than the other Open class guys and the opportunity for him will always be just a top 10, I really like his structure and I think that in 212 class he could even kick all the current competitors ass!!!! Don’t know if this will be for company trend to avoid having 2 of their guys fighting for the same title well we will never know that until someone speak up!!!

Trust me, Hide at 220lbs on Stage will be as Smooth as I am right now!

Hide at best is barely 210lbs, anything more and whatever hopes he has for a respectable placing will be thrown out the window!

I wish him well, however he should strongly reconsider a visit in the 212lb division if he wants a Victory in 2013!

All the best to him, he is a great Poser and nice guy!

I don't see why Hide needs to compete at 212 when he could place ahead of Toney Freeman and Roelly at Tampa and Dallas.

Because he success rate when it counts the most will be nonexistent. Think about it, Hide has potential to win a 212 Mr. O, but will be hard for him to place in the top 10 at the 0 because guys with same conditioning have 20-40lbs on the guy.

Or he could keep switching between classes like some other competitors have done.

No money or respect in 212. He should stay in open and hope for judges to stop screwing him over. His showing last week was bad and his placing was fair, but aside from that show he has been screwed all year long.

Well stated, however I'm not the one getting my Ass kicked around in the Open Division because the Judges like bigger guys!

If he went to the 212 he could kick Jose's ass that's for sure, don't think he could beat Sami/Flex/Henry/Eduardo though.
