Hey Dallas do you think stim based products take away from your pump in the gym?

During my workout I sip on Amino-x
Post really depends on my diet, but for off season I would do 2 scoop syntha-6 isolate with some sort of carbs maybe rice, or a few tbsp raw honey.

As far as the Amino X goes I sip it all day in my gallon of water usually, I mix 2-3 scoops per gallon of water. However I normally drink around 1.5 gallons per day so I would say daily I have around 3 servings.
DO you like honey for any reason? I think I read somewhere raw honey has enzymes and other stuff in it. And did you find it didnt make any big difference whether you used those fancy carb drinks or honey, because honey definitely is much cheaper lol. How abut fruit juice(not from concentrate)?

Great question, I do believe there has been some sound studies to show that some stimulants can limit Vascular dilation, but then again if your working out after a 10 hour work day out in the heat you might need a little kick in the ass via some selective stims. So to answer your question yes I do believe some stims can limit your pump in the gym, but for some people it may be more about the energy they need come training time than the actual pump. Its all personal preference I guess..

It seems to work great for many folks, I will caution you of course to the stress it places on your heart especially in high dosages, as does most other stimulants as well, and its definitely something you need to take seriously and know how and when to use.

I always start at 20mins on empty stomach first thing in the morning and gradually work that session up to 45 min and then i start building up the PM session so by the end of the prep I was doing around 1.5 hours of cardio per day depending on what I was training that day and also how i looked and felt.

Not to hijack here, but don't YOU go doing 1.5 hours a day - you don't have much muscle mass and that much cardio would make you skinny as hell.

Yes this is likely true, even I will admit I probably over did it on the cardio, I really over depleted myself between my cardio and diet and then in trying desperately to fill out I spilled a bit really ruining my look. Truth be told when I look at my pics from the NA's I HATE the way i look especially compared to how I looked 3 or so weeks out, but you live and learn and next time now ill know and hopefully look much much better.
