LOL! I have no idea how good an athlete or future MMA fighter Dan Hill will be. I do know , getting hit and submissions holds are for real and no joke.
I thought I was a real badd ass, "tough guy" when I was young and dumb.
This basektabll player ( tall and slim) kept clowning me, saying he could out punch me, regardless of my size/power.
I didn't know he was also an experienced AAU boxer and walked into the challenge like a dumbass.
He was 6" taller and a bit lighter but hit me 10 quick shots for each one I got in.
After 2 rounds of this, I took off the head gear and gloves, shook his hand and told him I had enough.
He smiled and laughed and said he still had respect for me because I gave it a shot .

unfortunately, people (partcularly in bodybuilding world) need to hold their ego. unlikely be the case when someone tries MMA and then quits with realizing their inabilities.

You should be proud, but the guy is a faggot for not telling you he knows how to fight, those guys are bullies who just want to show off and beat up someone, i dont like those guys at all, and the problem is their are a lot of them.

trust me I was pretty cocky and young and he said ok after I bugged him.
He showed me that being a fighter has a lot to do with skill, technique, etc
It was all in good fun and he got the best of me and I deserved it in this case.
