    I've got all the dates filled in but two. I'll add those when I find them. So you can be making your plans for 2013, here's how the calendar is unfolding.

    I'm planning on doing Jr nats whenever it is. Its not too far away from where I live. First national show. Hope to see some of you beasts there!

    My training partner Rick will be in Over 40 middles or more likely LH's, I will be in Over 40 Heavies, and Jose's training partner who I occasionally train with, Dr. Matt Puglia, will be in Over 40 Super Heavies.

    Rick just won Masters class and Overall at both the NPC Eastern Cup in CT and the NPC New England.
