    Off-season progress pic at 190, after 3 years of not competing ill definitely be back on stage next year as a middleweight, my goal is to qualify for the team U so I'm not sure what regional show ill do yet.

    QFT. Yeah, man. What happen? You still training heavy? Seems like you're using lighter weights.

    It's a little bit of both, I took a lay off after I injured my back earlier this year, and I can't lift as heavy as I want to yet
