    Good. Sounds like you have a decent chance.
    I threw mine a couple months back, because the added stess would have been too detrimental to my health. I'm fairly certain I made the right decision.

    Thanks everyone for the luck

    Legs
    Leg Press to pre-exhaust 2 sets of 25 reps at each weight
    4,6,8 plates
    Squats- 135x12, 225x12, 3 sets of 315 x10
    One legged Leg Press 10 reps each side then went to both for a total of 30 reps a set
    2 sets at 4 plates, 1 set at 4 plates and 25's, 2 sets of 6 plates
    Leg Extension sets of 12 4 holes down for 4 sets
    Leg curls sets of 12- 4,5,6,7 holes down
    SLD speed sets from ground to about knee level concentrate on the hamstring squeeze- 4 sets of 95lbs 15 reps
    Standing Calf Raises 135,225,225,135 sets of 15 off of a board.

    Ramped up the cardio average around 1 1/2 hours usually 1 hr in the mornings and 30 minutes post workout stationary bike so it is pretty low impact and barely effects my leg workouts...I am sure I would be a lot stronger if I cut it down but my main goals right now are not mainly for pure strength

    Chest
    Flat Bench-225x20, 315x7,335x3 last was assisted, dropped to 225 for a set of 19
    Flat DB Press- 12 reps 80's,90's,100's, 10 reps with 110
    Cable Crossovers 3 holes down 3 sets of 15, 2 sets of 12 4 holes down then back to 3 holes for 2 more sets of 15

    Back
    Standing Lat Extension- 2 holes down 12 reps then 3 sets of 3 holes down sets of 12
    T-bar row sets of 15 2,3,4,5 plates
    Pulldown in front facing opposite direction sets of 12 5,6,7,8 holes down
    Close Grip Pulldowns sets of 12 5,6,7,8 holes down



    Really hoping to get the phone call tomorrow about the job and hoping they make an offer...and I hope their drug test doesn't test test levels haha

    pretty much no one tests for elevated test levels man you should just fine. hope you get it.

    Thanks....I want to go full out once and see how many times I can get it...I mean it is real hard to know really what exact number you will hit the wall but I did 20 without any struggle I am thinking I may be good for 35 to 40 may even film that if I can find someone to ha

    Cardio 1 hr 20 minutes

    CGB- 135x25, 185x20,225x12,245x12,275x8
    all the rest are sets of 15 reps for 4 sets weight is increased each set
    Rope extension
    Overhead cable ext
    U bar push downs
    V bar push downs
    Straight bar cable curl sets of 12 2 sets of 3 holes down 1 at 4 and 1 at 5
    1 arm concentration curl 20,25,30,35
    Seated Hammers on incline same weights as concentration
    EZ bar curl 75 for a set of 12 and 15 then 85 for a set of 12 and 15

    Trying to experiment with higher reps to while still increasing the weight to see how I react

    Thanks everyone.....Nothing but cardio today...Tuesdays and Fridays are off from weights

    Been thinking about my next blast already...I love NPP and want to run it again but I want to get back to Tren Ace at a higher dose

    Weeks 1-4
    750mg test cyp (may even just run 500 thoughts?)
    1.5cc of Tren Ace EOD
    DBold (will have questions at the bottom please answer if you could)
    Weeks 4-12/14
    Test same dose will bump Tren Ace up to 2cc EOD (100/cc)

    I think I have lost my fear of using an oral my Questions?
    My source only offers Liquid DBOl 50ml 50mg/ml
    1. would I just use a dropper and let dissolve under my tongue not sure on how to take it?
    2. What dose would you start at I thought about 25mg twice daily?
    3. Would I notice a difference in growth if I were to split the dose as opposed to taking all 50mg pre-workout? Taking it all pre-workout will increase performance right?
    4. Is 50mg to much at first should I just start at 25mg?

    I would really love to get Dbol in pill form but with most sites requiring a specific amount of money for an order I dont think it is possible...my source has the best prices on the injectables and I would be paying so much more else where.

    Cycle...

    Test, i would start at 500 then 8-10wks in maybe up it to 750 if you feel the need.

    Dbol, 50mg is cool for a first timer. I use it all before the gym (1.5hr before) but I used to for strength not size so either way will work. Is the cycle to bulk up or lean bulk or cut down? I think that would depend on how I would run it.

    tren a, 200mg eod is a stiff dose...

    Thank you for the input....Will be aiming for lean bulk
    I ran 100mg and no side effects felt good....I will see how 150 eod feels for a little bit and If I am making good progress may not increase it or if I do will do so the last 3-4 weeks for the final push.

    Did my usual warm up of 4,6,8 plates of 25 reps on the hack/leg press machine
    Squats 135,225,315x10, 2 sets of 365x5
    Deads 135,225,315 (2 sets) all 12 reps
    Then I just did 4 sets each of leg ext and curls at 15-20 reps
    Standing calf raises sets of 12 135, 185 3 sets

    Cardio 1hr 30 min total

    Seat DB Press warm up sets of 12 40,40,50 80x12, 90x10, 100x8
    rear delt cable pulls- sets of 12 2 sets of 2 holes then 2 at 3
    Machine should press 5 sets of 12 weight is not marked just increased each set
    Side laterals sets of 15 15,20,25,25
    Flat bench 185x15,225x10,275x9,275x6,225 6 pause reps
    Front Shrugs sets of 12 135,225,275,275
    Behind shrugs same reps 225,315 for 3 sets
    ended it with abs

    cardio 1hr. 30 min split
