    Yea i lift on how i feel when i don't have a partner....if it is suppose to be an arm day and i go in and not feeling the arms and the chest gets nice and pumped then i will just do a chest workout.....
    I have plans tomorrow so i decided to hit the gym again and do tomorrows workout today so i can basically have a lazy day tomorrow...Nothing but morning cardio then have to get stuff ready for my works christmas party

    My post count to other members on here is going to be ridiculous..haha if i ever get a new tower or get my usp ports fixed then i will get pics of myself, the gym, and some meals i make just to spice it up a little.

    super-set pause set bench with flat flies
    Lat extensions
    t-bar row
    Lat pulldowns to chest
    lat pulldowns seated opposite direction on machine pulled behind my head

    dont know if i missed it or didnt see it but whats your plan? to bulk up or lean out or just get into better shape? where do you want this diet to take you?

    Well I guess to lean out..recomp probably.i mean i am pretty lean already just have a little layer of fat on my lower stomach...just want to get rid of it again then bulk again on my next blast...a slow bulk this time

    14% is not lean..... thats over 32lbs of fat on you.

    Thats was just my initial guess i haven't had it tested i was just throwing a number out there but i am not extremely lean like i said only real "fatty places is lower stomach" and some could be loose skin i was 280 lbs at one point in my life dropped to 187 pretty quick

    Woke up this moring with a little bit of a stiff back....still no where near the pain i use to be in after lifting legs.
    Nothing today but elliptical
    Works Christmas Party tonight

    Alt DB curl
    Straight bar curl
    Hammer curl
    E-Z bar curl
    Forearms

    T-Bar Rows
    Lat Pulldowns in-front
    Barbell rows
    Side Grip Pulll downs (kind of hard to explain)
    Seated Rows
    Close Grip Rows
    Abs

    Strength is still up everything is going good
    Keep thinking about my next blast

    Well my test is still high so and i should finish out around the end of December so i am aiming at middle of February or even wait till march

    Back is finally feeling close to 100%...going to work my way back up to 500

    Lots of volume in that workout.

    How many sets and how much weight you lifting? Looks like it was a killer session!

    Db press 40's,50's,60's,80'sx12 90'sx10 couldn't get the last two
    Side laterals 15,20,25,30 x15
    Seated Shoulder machine 2 sets of 85x15 2 sets of 105x15 2 sets of 145x10...the machine is weird so is the weight set up
    Rear delt pulls 2 holes down (no numbers on weights) 4 sets of 12
    Overhead 2 sets 135x10 2 sets of 155x10
    Front raises 20,30,40x12 did 50's for a set of 10 but sloopy form
    Tricep rope was set at 2 holes 15 reps for 4 sets alt db curls 20,30,40,50 didnt count just went as long as possible
    Y bar same as rope using the 50's each set of hammers
    Shrugs in front 2 sets of 135, 2 sets of 225, 2 sets of 315 then dropped back down for 3 sets of 225 reps varied
