    Seated machine shoulder press
    Seated DB press superset with seated lateral raises
    Standing rear lat pulls
    Seated Military press
    Front Raises
    Y bar tricep ext. superset with straight-bar curl
    Shrugs in front then back
    ABS

    No weights today just cardio...tomorrow may be a cardio only day too...have christmas with my moms side of the family and my hamstrings will be thankful i skipped my optional leg day

    Double dose of cardio....trying to lower my body fat as low as i can before my next blast probably cut back on the cardio if i start losing noticeable strength and size....but if my numbers stay up in the gym i will keep pushing

    Flat Bench Press
    Flat DB Press
    Incline Barbell Press
    Flat bench press elbows straight out pause sets above nipples
    Various bars on pull downs 3 separate movements
    DB rows
    Cardio in the A.M.

    Going to be ordering for my next blast soon I have it narrowed down to 2 possible blasts

    500mg test wk + 200mg Tren Ace EOD
    or
    500mg test wk + 100mg tren ace+125mg Npp eod

    Probably leaning towards the first cycle
    any thoughts?

    Cardio in the morning then hit arms and abs in the afternoon nothing fancy.


    I have been using some different pre's here and there and I must say ErgoPump from Ergogenix is becoming one of my favorites. I take pre's for their energy because they usually don't contain enough of the other ingredients to make a difference and i must say the energy from this powder is pretty good.

    Thanks for you input....Yea I know what to expect from that one...I mean the sides may be worse but i barely had any at 100mg just lack of sleep but I have that regardless. I am always nervous trying a new compound.

    merry xmas brother.......if u can handle the sides from 600/week of tren then go for it, am sure you will love the results
    as for pre workout....I prefer 1mr (with geranium 40-60mg) on the side.........even ravage from GNC as much as I hate to say it is a solid product (especially for the price) of course with geranium on the side

    Even though I have been on caffeine since about 17...I still get a great rush around 180mg....I love Cobra Labs Curse and Animal Rage....my body can not handle geranium i crash hard off of it and get sick actually puking sick its sucks cause the energy is great at first but fades fast.....I also love CL White Flood and San Fierce Domination

    Snowed like crazy still more coming....made it to the gym though...Legs.....did regular squats for the first time in months able to work up to 315 with below parallel depth felt good may start throwing them back in depending on how my back feels later

    Blasted some shoulders abs and arms today....did cardio in the am

    PR- 100's on seated DB shoulder press 5 clean by myself 1 assisted

    this thread needs more lift numbers.... thats what i look for.... i get bored with all the words. i get lost in it real quick, how strong you are or arnt dose not matter, i just like to see the numbers or reps go up as times go by.


    thats just me, BTW good lift on the 100s
