    no weights just cardio today

    Starting to get excited will probably place an order for some goodies tomorrow....Kind of nervous first time with this source

    Thinking about picking up either dbol or abombs to kickstart and end cycle (if i have enough)....both are 25mg tabs with 100 per bottle.
    How would you run it just one tab per day for first 4-6 weeks or go ahead and run 2 caps a day for 4-6 week? will be first time with any orals

    Also thought about adding iron mags labs new msten just to see what it is like...if i didnt get the dbol or abombs

    I would start out with 25mg ed for a couple weeks to see how you feel, then bump it to 50mg ed if your gains are slow. Don't go above 100mg ed without serious precautions. Run them for four to six weeks and take liver supps to buffer the effects on the liver. If you want to be abundantly cautious, go have bloodwork to see how your liver and kidneys are functioning now, and have more done mid cycle, and even more a few weeks after.

    Do not take orals longer than 8 weeks is what I have read and been told.

    Also, drink a lot of water, at least a gallon and as much as 1.5 gallons per day. Neglect this at your peril . . .

    thanks for the advice woodwise.....I am good on the water....I drink at least 2 gallons a day....its not like i aim for 2 gallons but i am just thirsty all the time and always empty my 2 gallon jugs and end up drinking more than that.

    I have been doing cardio everyday for years now....use to love running outside...to hard on the joints for me now though...have bone fractures floating around in my ankle from football....elliptical now favorite piece of cardio equipment

    I do want to be huge and look like a bodybuilder but I also try and be as healthy as possible as well. Cardiovascular health is just as important.

    Morning Cardio

    Dead lifts 225x10,225x10,315x10,365x10,405x5 (highest i have been since back injury)
    Hack Squats/leg press- 2 sets of 30 at each weight 4plates,6,8
    Squats-135x12,185x12,225x12,315x6 was pretty gassed had trouble getting out of the bottom
    Let Extensions 2 sets of 30 4 holes down
    Leg Curls sets of 15 4 holes down...really concentrated on the contraction and got a nice deep burn
    standing calf raises 125x12 2 sets of 185x12
    seated calf raises 90lbs for 4 sets of 15

    Incline Flys-40'sx12 3 sets of 50'sx12
    Cable Crossovers-3 holes down 4 sets of 12
    Standing Lat Pulls- 2 sets of 2 holes down x12 2 sets of 3 holes down x12
    T-bar Rows all sets of 15-2,3,4,5 plates
    Lat pull downs in front- sets of 12 -6,8,10,12(horrible form on last couple) holes down
    Barbell Rows sets of 10 135,185,225,225

    I agree with you brother. I just hate it, still do a few sessions a week. Not as much as most I'd suspect, I'll worry about cutting when I hit my goal weight

    Morning Cardio
    No partner today for my lifting so I switched it up a bit...30 second rest periods alternated a bicep movement with a triceps movement.
    CGB- 2 sets of 135x15, 2 sets of 185x15, 2 sets of 225x12 drop set to 135x12
    Alt DB Curl- 30's, 3 sets of 40's all 10 reps
    Over Head DB Ext. all sets of 12 50,80,90,100
    Straight Bar curls 2 sets at 95 2 sets at 115 all 10 reps (cheated on last couple of 115)
    U bar push downs- 7,9 holes down x15 11,13,13 holes downx12
    Alt Hammers- 30's,40's,45's,50,s all sets of 10
    Y-bar push downs- 2 holes down x15 2 sets of 3 holes down x10 back to 2 holes down for 2 sets of 12
    Alt Seated Concentration Curls- 20's, 3 sets of 30's all at 10 reps

    Did my usual forearms and abs afterwards

    So the guy didn't have Tren Ace so i did some reading on what he had in stock and decided to pick up some NPP.

    Not sure on dosage though
    thought about 500mg test cyp with 250mg of NPP eod.....its 125mg per ml

    ADVICE AND EXPERIENCE WITH COMPOUND IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

    Take it easy on the DLs... We don't want you gettin hurt again.
    Getting hue squat out of the hole is hip power, work the hips more and the hole will not be an issue.

    Yea I probably need to....I just get excited and want to get to were i was in terms of weight and endurance with everything...i will scale it back and go for reps.
    Usual Tuesday cardio, laundry, and cooking chicken nothing exciting. No gym.

    Squats 2 sets of the following weights for 2 sets 135,185,225,275, finished off with 315x8
    Leg Ext. sets of 15 3 holes down and 3 sets of 5 holes down
    Seated hacksquat press 2 sets of 20 at 4,6,8 plates set of 20 at 10 plates and a set of 20 at 10 plates + 25 plate
    Deadlifts (well mostly stiff legged) 1 sets of 135x10 3 sets of 185x10
    Leg curls 3 holes down x15 3 sets of 6 holes down x15
    finished out with calves
