    Morning Cardio
    Brother couldn't make it Monday with me so I decided to condense Monday and Thursday workouts together
    Only rest you get is when your partner is doing his set...turned up the intensity

    10 sets of 10 reps for seated Dumbbell press
    40's,45's,50's,55's,60's,70's,80's,85's,90's,95's
    Side Laterals sets of 15
    3 sets of 15's 3 sets of 20's
    Front Raises all sets of 12
    3 at 20's 1 each of 30's,40's,50's
    Super-Set a Bi and tri movement all done with 10 reps each excersice
    V-Bar pushdowns 5,7,9,11,11 holes down with Cable Curls 3 sets of 3 holes down 2 sets of 4 holes down
    Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Ext. 50,80,85,90,100 E-Z bar Curls 75lbs
    Y-bar push down 2 sets of 2 holes 3 of 3 holes Straight Bar curl 95lbs
    Dumbbell Shrugs 12 reps eact set 80's, 3 sets of 95's
    Front Shrugs sets of 12 135,185,205,235
    Finished out with abs

    Just finished up some cardio....may do some more later on if I wake up and feel fresh


    Adjustment to workout schedule: Will be taking Saturday lifts out of my routine since I am progressively going heavier on Wednesday. My recovery is not as good during the cruise will probably add it back in when i blast again.

    Nothing exciting today....just some light cardio. Will be cooking my chicken and getting groceries today as well

    Tell me about it after bills,food,drugs (for bodybuilding) have no money left for fun haha but i don't mind that much....lifting supplies me enough fun

    Bench 225x15,275x10,295x8,315x6,335x1,355x1
    Cable Crossovers- all sets of 15 2 at 3 holes down and 2 at 4 holes down
    Incline bench 135x15, 2 sets of 185x15, 2 sets of 185x12, 225x6, 155x12

    For back all sets were for 15 reps
    Pulldowns- 6,8,9,10 holes down...tried to sit straight up as possible really targets my lower lats
    Standing lat pulls- 2 sets of 2 holes 2 sets of 3 holes
    Close Grip Pulldowns- 6,7,8,10 holes down
    T-bar row 2,3,3,4, holes down then did a drop set of 4,3,2 plates repped out

    if i didn't body build i would still spend the same amount of money but it would be on things that are not good for me. like drugs, alcohol, or bad food.

    All my money would probably go towards my Trans Am.....Just got it painted and the replaced the engine and transmission....I would probably have a turbo charger new rims etc if it wasn't for lifting....and like you said i would probably hit the bars hard like all of my friends

    Seated 1 arm triceps ext. all sets 15 reps 20,25,30,35
    Rope ext. all sets 12 reps 2 sets of 1 hole down 2 sets of 2 holes down
    Body weight dips 4 sets of 10
    Straight Bar curl using machine 3 holes down 20 reps 4,5,6 holes down 12 reps
    Alt Cross body db curls sets of 10 30's,35's,40's,40's
    Laying Concentration curls off of pull down machine- sets of 15 2 at 3 holes down 2 at 4 holes down
    EZ bar curl- sets of 12 75,85,95,105
    Forearms and abs to finish out

    I have also set goals on the 3 power lifting movements for the year. I stopped chasing numbers a long time ago and have been unable to train all three at the same time for a long time due to injuries...but it seems like I have reached a point that if I play it smart i can keep them all 3 going.

    Deadlift- 500lbs set the date of April 24th for the deadline
    Bench- 400+lbs....will max in June at half way point and see how i will change my workouts if needed
    Squat 500lbs.....this is very ambitious number....I kept my deadlift and bench numbers lower for this reason....I may not be able to reach it but I am going to try like hell....If my back holds out I don't see why I couldn't come close

    are you trying to get stronger or just see a max? if your trying to see a max do this...

    Yea I am a volume guy though...we usually only do 2 warm up sets and 2 working sets for that movement but since we combined 2 workouts together I just said lets hammer these out.....I just like to throw something new in from time to time

    For right now I am going after strength....when i say my goal is 400 for bench i mean ending off with it on my sets.

    I am not throwing your advice aside either because you clearly know what you are talking about.....Bottom line is I just like to train...No real goals actually....I mean one day i want to step on stage just for the fun of it but at the moment that isn't a reality....I mostly just want to train have fun and get as strong and large (while staying relatively lean) as i can

    even if you where thrownin it aside no matter, it your cycle to run. as long as your gettin where you want to go do it.
