From the female perspective: you're fucked. There is no way to tell a woman that you like her face better with makeup on without hurting her feelings, offending her, pissing her off, etc.
That is the MAIN reason that women with make-up have never interested me at all. A tad is fine; but when it comes to something she can't look good without, thanks but no thanks.
