Default Is this quote a great truth?

One of my Christian friends posted this on his facebook page. “The more you mature, the more certain you'll be about about God's love and the more cautious you'll be in judging others," to which he replied, "A great truth!"

It bothers me for some reason. It almost sounds pretentious.

Is it a great truth or not...and why not?

No, I believe if people mature , whether or not they believe in God, they change their way of thinking about and acting towards others. They see the hyperbole of youth is just that and that in the end its how we treat other human beings that is most important...

“The more you mature, the more certain you'll be about about X and the more cautious you'll be in judging others,"

Substitute any life affirming philosophy for X and this statement has much truth to it.

Christianinty post 4th century is not the same christianity pre 4th century. Chrisitianity has become a form of idol worship mixed with forming partners with GOD (trinity). Although overall good values and moral teaching
