Troy Alves had very poor hamstring definition from the rear. Glaringly so......
Everybody in the show had at least one thing wrong or not perfect. I am not about to start knit picking. Troy's shape and condition was spot on, despite his hamstrings not being up to snuff to your level of development. Troy rocked!
Dexter most definitely won the battle!

Thanks Butch! And a big thanks to S-Ray for sitting in for Chad this week. To some extent, Shawn has become the primary conduit between the past and the present. He's worked hard at keeping the older guys (the legends) close to the sport. During the broadcast, Shawn expressed legitimate concerns about the viability of the Masters Olympia and whether it will return to the schedule in 2013. - Judge Lee Thompson also chimed in on WHY he had Dennis in 3rd place.
