Default The Truth About Saturated Fat

    http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_...urated_fat&cr=

By our much respected Mountain Dog John Meadows.

Very nice and clear breakdown of the knowledge on fat! Informative!

Don't forget to check out the sample diet at the bottom of the page.

Awesome sample diet. A bit too many shakes in there for my taste but a good diet none the less.

This is going to be my diet for the next few months. Only thing i will change is throw a bunch of chicken in there, and i dont really like sweet potato so i will do baked potato.

I'm also experimenting with my diet as well...on a cutting diet right now. Currently consuming 250 g pro, 200 g carb, 50 g fat...anyone have any links or thoughts on what meadow's style of a cutting diet is? I feel like it's pretty similar to a keto style diet. I want to give it a shot though. Also, what type of cardio?

If anyone else cooks with coconut oil, what brand do you use? I've been using this brand called "Lou Ana" that i get here in Texas. I'm not sure if it's virgin and unrefined.

I use an organic, virgin cold-pressed coconut oil.

Thanks. I've decide to start creating less shitty threads so to influence people to ditch the crap on debating BS.

Glad that Noel is currently too busy with his lovely girl. He's gonna stay off the boards for a while until he gets tired....

Why wouldn't it be? Just don't use olive oil if you're to fry at very high temperatures. If you're worried about potential denaturation of protein, you shouldn't be.
