In the already anal-retentive obsessive compulsive world of bodybuilding one could make the argument he was the most ardent in his compulsion. That's probably why he was/is so great. I remember watching a video where Lee Haney commented that he thought Gaspari 'trained too hard'. If there ever was such a thing as a 'blue-collar' bodybuilder or someone who took the profession as serious as any other job it's Gaspari. His products have always worked for me too.
