OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
• The MYO-X Transformation Challenge is open to any male entrants who wish submit photos and information about their personal transformation, and who agree to follow the rules of the contest.
• The competition is open to any men seeking to build muscle mass and use MHP MYO-X in pursuit of this weight gain goal. Those chosen as finalists to participate in the X-FIT Transformation Challenge will be required to show their transformations in a series of photos in order to win prizes.
• All transformation entries must first “Like” Official MHP and MYO-X Facebook Fan pages in order to be eligible to enter the MYO-X Transformation Challenge.
• All transformation entries should be accompanied by high resolution “start” photos at current weight, personal stats (height and weight) and a short essay (50-150 words) talking about their goals and reasons why they should be chosen as a participant in the MYO-X Transformation Challenge. Entrants are also invited to submit a video where they describe their goals and reasons why they believe they should be chosen to participate.
• “Start” photos should be taken with the subject standing a few feet in front of a white wall, shirtless and wearing shorts. These photos MUST be taken in high resolution mode (check your camera settings – if you are using a cell phone camera, be sure it’s set on the highest resolution settings). Only high resolution photos will be accepted. Monthly progress photos taken by chosen finalists, and “Finish” photo at the end of the transformation, must be taken in the same exact place and manner.
• Select entrants will be chosen by the MYO-X Transformation Challenge Judging Committee, in their sole discretion, as one of the 24 contest finalists and will be notified by email of their selection. All finalists chosen will be provided with a free 90-day supply of MYO-X to enhance their weight gain transformation process.
• All entries who are not chosen among the 24 finalists are still eligible to complete their own transformation for great prizes – up to $500 and an MHP Prize Pack! These entries will not receive MYO-X from MHP, but can purchase it at a discount MHPSTRONG.com to enhance their transformation. Non-finalists need only submit “after” photos after 90 days, along with their final stats (weight, etc.), in order to be eligible for the MYO-X Consolation Transformation Challenge.
• MYO-X is a specially formulated myostatin inhibitor designed to improve muscle building potential by anyone using the product. All finalists chosen to participate in the MYO-X Transformation Contest will be provided MYO-X supplement for 90 days to enhance their muscle building training program and improve their mass building transformation results.
• MYO-X Transformation Challenge finalists are required to take monthly progress photos at the 30 and 60 day mark after starting MYO-X supplementation. Use the same guidelines for photography as stated above. Finalists must also submit progress stats with bodyweight, information about their training and any questions or comments they may have.
•After using MYO-X and following a weight training program for 90 days, MYO-X Transformation Challenge finalists must submit their “After” photos and final finishing weight to be eligible for the grand prize. Proof of start and end dates must be supplied via use of digital time stamp, newspaper date or headline, etc in your front photo submission.
• The transformation program for the 24 finalists, as announced on January 7, 2013, officially begins on January 14. Starting on this date, submit your high resolution transformation “before” photos, along with a short essay about your workout, goals and transformation process, using the official entry. During each month of the competition, those entrants selected as MYO-X Transformation finalists may have their photos and progress reports posted on the MYO-X.com and other websites as chosen by MHP, LLC to promote the Challenge. At the end of the 90 day contest period, the MYO-X Transformation Challenge Judging Committee will pick the Best MYO-X Transformation from among all the entries.
• The Best MYO-X Transformation, as announced within 14 days following the conclusion of the contest, will receive the following grand prize:
1) $3,000 cash

• Entrants to the MYO-X Transformation Challenge agree to hold harmless MHP, LLC, and any and all of their agents, officers, assignees or designees from any claims for liability for injury, loss, ridicule or any and all other claims out of their participation in any or all of these events. Entrants give MHP, LLC and any websites or magazines it chooses full and complete permission for use of entered contest photos or their image, name or picture/film/video for any and all promotion of MYO-X Transformation Challenge, MHP, MHP supplements and MYO-X.
• Entrants to the MYO-X Transformation Challenge agree to give MHP, LLC full and complete permission for use of entered contest and/or progress photos or their image, name or picture/film/video for any and all promotion of MHP supplements and MHP MYO-X, including personal endorsements, both actual and paraphrased, regarding use of MYO-X during and in achievement of the final transformation as part of the MYO-X Transformation Challenge.
• The MYO-X Transformation Contest Sponsor (MHP, LLC), and its advertising and promotion agencies assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, garbled or misdirected entries or entries that have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Contest Rules or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the contest.
• The MYO-X Transformation Contest Sponsor (MHP, LLC) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Contest should an external circumstances arise that is beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor (MHP, LLC) is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest.
• The MYO-X Transformation Contest Sponsor (MHP, LLC) will collect your personal information for the purposes of registration, program evaluation and to keep you informed about the MYO-X Transformation Challenge. The Contest Sponsor (MHP) may, if consent was given during registration, also contact you from time to time with information about other ways you can gain weight.
• By agreeing to these rules and as a condition of entry into the MYO-X Transformation Challenge, entrants must comply with these rules as described herein and will be deemed to have read and understand the rules if they participate in the MYO-X Transformation Challenge.
