i don't have many problems with it but i am more aggressive for sure but i feel great and no sides really. well no negative sides i have an increase in strength, focus, aggression.
if i were to miss a pin or two i have some problems, i have done that once or twice when i was on the road longer than originally planned and i felt pretty shitty.

forgot to mention that it is hard as shit to breath. i get out breath doing everything.

never got the cough, but after i pin i do feel as though any second i am going to start coughing like crazy and that lasts for about 5 mins.
it's weird, kind of like my bronchial tube is being constricted and i am breathing in mint ice air.
that's the best way to describe it, lol.

so i bought some new ear buds, quite expensive ear buds, 3 days later they are lost
i buy new ones all the time because i will wear them out in the gym and they end up shorting out or something but i usually just buy the $15-$20 skull candy. but i decided i was going to get some good ones and i only got to use them once.

water intake has been much easier to maintain this time around since i got me a liter bottle.
was using a gallon jug or a 16oz water bottle.

with the liter bottle i drink one liter every meal and one liter during workout. that equals 2.1 gallons plus my water from shakes and pre workout/intra workout.
and the liter bottle fits my cupholder

cuts on fingers are the worst . . .

I smashed mine a couple weeks ago, and bled everytime I gripped the bar. Luckily it didn't affect my grip. But I stained my trainer's favorite wrist wraps with my blood! He was cool with it but I gave him my clean wrist wraps from home cause I felt bad about it.

    lol.

i had to make sure yesterday that i wasn't bleeding on everything i touched, i don't think the gym members would be too happy about blood on everything.

If you tend to get it in certain areas or at least worse in certain areas then avoid those. That's a sign and it is not fun when it truly hits you.
