    other differences on this cycle.

    1. my eyelashes have doubled in length. weird, it is annoying too. when i am tired at all or just woke up they obstruct my sight. not terribly but the best way to describe it is everything seems somewhat foggy, like i am looking through plastic wrap. the eyelash growth has been very quick and noticeable, the ends of the eyelashes are blonde almost white in color and the other 3/4 of the eyelashes are very dark.

    2. my body hair this time around is growing at least 3 times it's normal rate. it has grown thick and fast for the past 6 years or so but until now i could shave my arms every 3 days, my chest every 3-4 days, and it would have stubble but was easily shaved and no trouble. no for chest and arms if i go 3 days it is at least double the length it would normally be and prone to ingrown hairs. it is no thicker than normal but just much faster growing.
legs: my leg hair is nuts and has been for a long time. it no shit grows at least 3 inches long and crazy thick. i can not shave it with a razor because i get ridiculous ingrown hairs, but i normally trim it every 14 days or so with clippers using no guard. but now it is at least 3 inches within 5 days of shaving it down to almost nothing.

    4. facial hair, growing at the same rate as normal but i am getting ingrown hairs really bad. like painful dime sized knots that have 3-5 inch hairs in them. crazy.

    5. back hair: growing at 1/2 the rate it normally does.

    6. scalp: grows fast as shit. had to stop getting haircuts and began shaving it again due to the fact i had to get it cut every week.

none of it is really that bad just some really weird shit this time around. i think it has to do with the anastrozole more so than the tren.

training is great once i get to the gym and get going but i am still mentally out of it for some reason. it has to be the anastrozole man, never had a problem like this before.
the ape hair is just ridiculous. shaving is getting really old man. it takes about an hour to 90 mins to shave head to toe and then i have to clean it all up and i have to do that 2 times a week now. lol.

Bummer on the mental conditon. Consider some pre-workout formulas for an extra kick.

Regarding the hair, maybe look into some retard products/lotions to blunt the growth.

yeah i feel much better when the weather is better. when it is cold or rainy i have 0 motivation, didn't use to stop me but it is slowing me down now. i still get everything done but it is just a little more difficult.
i use pre workouts for sure.
never thought about the hair products. i will look into it.

I have that same reaction to crappy weather.

The retardants can take some time to work, but if you hang in there...they can help a bit.

    quick update:

-been really busy lately so sorry for the lack of updates.
-not traveling much at all lately and it has it's pros and cons.
-diet has been on track and feeling good
-i have gained quite a few pounds recently but i have remained the same body fat percentage so i am happy about that.
-training has been really good. i have made some pretty good improvements lately, mostly calves, lats, and quads.
-been focusing on form and pumps lately and not so much on heavy lifting.
    -will begin cruise soon
