    cruising now at 500mg per week.
    went nuts after last training day while "on" and cheated for about 4 days straight. only ate 3 prep/diet meals per day for 4 days and cheated the rest of the time. 3 days off from training as well and overall i felt like shit. lazy as hell and felt like shit in general. back on track monday the 6th, will lower my sodium for the next 6 weeks and my carb sources will be from oats, potatoes, and pasta only.

    my diet for the next 6 weeks:

    1. 8 eggs (4 whole/4 whites) 85g carbs from oats and 1 banana
    2. 10oz chicken with 85g carbs from pasta
    3. 10oz sirloin with 85g carbs from potatoes
    4. 10oz salmon with 85g carbs from pasta
    5. same as meal 2
    6. post w/o shake 55g whey isolate with 50g dextrose and 25g waxy maize
    7. same as meal 2
    8. casein shake with fats and no carbs

    ok so i had to change the pasta, slowed me down and too bloated.

    update:

    -test e @ 500mg per week pin on monday and friday
    - took 10 days off from supplements, just felt like i needed a little bit of a cleanse. back on now.
    multi vitamin
    liver, kidney, blood pressure, prostate supp
    cla
    l-carnitine
    digestive enzymes
    joint supp and glucosamine/chondrotin
    pre workout i am taking muscleprime by allmax
    post workout is 50g whey isolate with 50g dextrose, 25g waxy maize

    -training:
    rep range: 12-15, 30 sec maximum rest between sets/exercises. i will only do this for about 4 weeks.
    1. chest, shoulder, triceps, abs
    2. back, biceps, calves, forearms
    3. legs
    4. off

    -back to feeling normal again. felt terrible for about a week after stopping the tren and starting my cruise. feel good again now.

    todays training session:
    3 sets each 15 reps each little to no rest and each group preformed as a circuit. take a 3 min rest between groups.

    exercise group 1:
    close grip pulldowns
    cambered bar curls
    seated calf raises


    group 2:
    bent over bb rows
    cambered bar curls (inside grip)
    standing calf raises

    group 3:
    wide grip pulldowns
    reverse grip bb curls
    shrugs

    group 4:
    straight bar pressdowns for lat pump
    hammer curls
    shrugs

    music:
    puscifer
    a perfect circle
    tool
    as i lay dying
    tech n9ne
    killswitch engage
    fair to midland
    motograter
    lil wayne

    tren every make any of you guys smell different?

    I'm not sure about smell but the pip i get from it sucks....every time I start a new site the first couple pins hurt like hell

    05/17/2013:

    -diet is going well, i have reduced my calories by about 1,000 or so. i am eating about 8 600 calorie meals now. i was eating 750-1000 calories per meal.
    i have also reduced carbs a bit, went from about 85 per meal to 65 per meal. cheating about 2-3 times per week now.

    -trained chest, shoulders, triceps.

    little to no rest between sets. 2 min rest between groups.

    group 1
    incline hammer strength
    shoulder press hammer strength
    straight bar pressdown

    group 2
    flat bench press
    side laterals
    close grip bench

    group 3
    dips

    group 4
    machine fly
    upright rows
    rope pressdowns

    touch up day today, i do this as my "day off"

    did rear delts, traps, abs, calves, core.

    3 exercsies for each part and 3 sets of each exercise done in a circuit. light weight, high rep range.

    legs tomorrow.

    feeling good, eating good, leaning out quickly.
