    Actually it's been solid enough for MD to print this exact workout for at least the last 5 years. This exact workout has been printed numerous times. Sorta like the current issue which has Cedric's same arm routine from back when he was originally signed to MD. Print something different guys!!!

    Don't forget in the q and a section where they repeat the same questions and answers. Reusing the same pictures, articles, pretty lame. What a diss to the people constantly buying the mag

    ...um cool, so the reader gets to see a cookie cutter meal plan and work out plan that he "uses"?

    its a fucking joke. why it even is important who a magazine "signs" is beyond me

    I think most of us on here know how to "work out", so viewing a routine of another might seem stale. I would prefer seeing "how" the reps are performed -- tempo, rest time, full extension, squeezing.... I tried front squats in a Smith once... bad idea. I'll stick to the bumper plates and an open squat rack.

    After watching Dex's / Glass' back video, it almost seems as if speed is important to Dex, rather than "feel". (?)
