    Looks bigger than last video.

What's the verdict on cutting salt though? I understand Jay is "old school", but from reading and listening to a variety of sources, I've sort of come to the conclusion that it's better to keep both sodium and water flowing - no last minute manipulations.. if you look great 2 weeks out (Dennis James syndrome) - don't fuck it up by changing stuff at the last minute.

He's looking damn huge and lean ! Wow props to him! And That Kind of chest overall thickness when you have that wide clavicle, just unbelivable... Jay is surely on his way as I, lots of us predicted

You are gonna be looking great two weeks out in the Bathroom....if you dont manipulate your salt, you wouln't have a "pealed" skin and that will be obvious under the bright lights on stage.

Not true for all - many guys don't drop sodium anymore.

I remember quincy taylor saying that to compete as a top tier +250lb pro bb'er that you need to be making at least $250,000 a year.

100k on food alone, that is crazy. Between food, supps, bills, there is nothing left from that money.

I think he was overestimating the total by about 2X.

I have seen hundreds of last minute "peaking regimes" from various contestants and most do more harm then good.
What does amaze me is seeing some guys who go eat and drink normally AFTER the prejudging and come back at the night show looking bigger, more cut and better overall. Moral to the story is, get as lean as possible and AVOID being depleted come show time.
I saw a star, reached for it...and MISSED
