last monday was my first workout after the Olympia.I feel me great!In the next two months i`ll go up to 300 pounds.

Dennis, how far is Heidelberg from where you train? I got lucky enough to train legs with Dennis James this summer. He's the only pro I've met. It'd be cool to train at your gym some day if it isn't too far from where I live.
