    Thats it
I change my training routine every 3 months
    Hey Dennis,

I just got back from the gym doing your suggested shoulder work-out. Damn I didn't know that I could get such a good workout in so little time. In fact because I knew that I wasn't gonna do that much exercises I could actually put more intensity into my sets. And I was done in about 45 minutes.

Hope I'm not bothering you with this, but I hear from some people that you should use a lot of weight and other people tell me that I should go lighter and concentrate more on the muscle.

Now I have always had the mentality to train as heavy as I can, but what do you think works best ?

This is what I did for shoulders, I use strict form, but explosive on the way up.

    Seated millitary press (10x60kg,10x100kg,10x140kg,8x170kg)
    Seated dumbbell laterals (10x16kg,10x24kg,8x30kg,15x16kg)
    Seated bent-over-lateral (8x16kg, 8x20kg, 8x20kg)
    Barbel shrugs (8x60kg, 8x100kg, 8x140kg, 8x200kg)

What do you think ? Would it be better to go lighter with non-explosive style and take more time to complete each repetition ?

    Thanks again for your time.

Jeez you guys. Thats the most common routine ive ever seen. Thats one of those routines you see posted in every damn issue of Flex Mag.
Not docking you Dennis. Its obviously worked... Just saying, that at the development of someone like the peron that asked the question, I'd think they'd be wanting more information in the direction of different priciples, ie. drop sets, supersets, trick exercises, tempo, ROM, days to train shoulders on, varying intensity, etc...
