Kamali beating that guy is a fucking joke... period.

Wolf 4:20... he just smoked his bitch ass.

That is the biggest travesty I've seen in a LONG time in bodybuilding.

I like Wolf's physique. Definitely a force to be reckoned with. I could see him and Phil Heath kicking ass and taking names in 07.

Hi Dennis - hope your well...Was wondering today about what's on your mind training-wise..are you mixing up your training with something new or relying upon your tried and true methods?? also, do you have a specific bodypart you want to focus on this year?? thanks man..and good luck with starting heavy...

I always change my training days(every new season). The bodyparts wich i need to improve,i train harder and more.
My upper chest, lower back and calves must become better.

Trainer4life;Dennis what do you think your biggest weakness is that's been holding you back to this point? I think your a major part of the new wave of pro's, good clean size with great conditioning!

I think i need more quality like the top pros.

Proof that politics outweighs substance. Wolf SMOKED Tamali. How they could possibly put him ahead of Wolf is one of those nagging questions that just makes you go

Maybe it just depends on how well you blow the judges

By the size of Tamali's gut it appears quite a bit.
