I would be training shoulders today as well if a tree had not fallen and blocked my car in during the ice storm last night . Anyway, awesome to have you around Dennis! I think you are one of the most underated pros and have commonly deserved much better placings than you have recieved. I think your placing at the Olympia should have been a few places higher. Oh, and as for the Olympia lead up shows you should DEFINITELY have blown Kamali out of the water! Seriously, maybe they had the judges from Dancing with the Stars come in to judge him instead of the normal judges. Don't let it get you down man, they can't ignore you forever!
You have been invited to the Arnold this year right? I think I read that somewhere.

Hey Dennis. First of all congratulations making it to the pro ranks and having such a successful debut. Nice to see someone from Europe beating some American giants again

What are you doing for shoulders ? I'm kinda getting bored doing the same thing over and over again for shoulders and I'm looking for something new. This is how my routine looks like:

    1) Heavy smith machine behind the neck presses
    2) Seated dumbell side laterals
    3) Standing cable side laterals
    4) Rear laterals on machine
    5) Bent-over rear laterals with cables
    6) Barbell shrugs
    7) Dumbell shrugs

Any ideas how I can spice it up a little and still have a good workout ?
