You don't have to use Google Translate, I'm able to read english just fine ;]
I will try to buy the next issue of MD then, maybe at an airport.
Thanks again for passing my question on to Dennis!
I know you speak English, I am just having fun with Google Translate. Who would have thought we would have such an easy way to translate the written word, and instantly?

Dennis, I'm sure you've been asked this a million times before, but considering how pale your skin naturally is, what tanning product do you like the most? Also, what kind of posing oil do you use? I have my first competition coming up and I want to look GREAT.

Dennis, this is just my opinion but it seems like out of all the pros competing at the moment you seem to be penalised for your weak points more than anyone else. When its a close call between you and another bodybuilder it seems your the bodybuilder who losses out due to your weak points rather than being rewarded for your strong points. Even in contest previews your weaker body parts are focused on almost to the exclusion of your strengths. I keep hearing how Branch's back is a strong point. Im a fan of his and his back has improved but its not a strong point. At your last few contests its been close between you and various other bodybuilders and placings could have gone either way but you are the one who drops in placing. Would you agree with this?

Dennis since your calves are a weak bodypart, have you ever trained the front of the calves? i found that doing regular calf work supersetted with dorsiflexion make my lower half of the leg looks lot bigger... after doing those for 6 months my calves mesured 1 1/2inch bigger

Hey Dennis, Huge fan here from Texas! I recently have been cleared to workout again for the first time in almost a year due to an accident. So basically I am starting with a clean slate. What are your favorite Shoulder workouts and training split, because you have the best shoulders of any pro in my opinion. Thanks man and God bless.

My question is mainly about training times and fittingtraining into my schedule. I would like to first breakdown my day so you knowwhat I am up against.
    7:00 a.m. Wake up
7:30 a.m. Take Kids to school
8:00 a.m. Return home and prepare for gym
    9:00 a.m. Gym
    10:00 – 10:30 a.m. Return Home (Protein Shake)
    10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Shower and prepare for work (eatmeal 1)
    12:30 p.m. leave for work
    4:30 p.m. Break (eat meal 2)
    7:30 p.m. Lunch Break (eat meal 3)
    10:30 p.m. Break (usually eat meal 4)
    12:00 a.m. Leave work
    12:30 a.m. Arrive home (eat meal 4 or 5)
    1:00 -1:30 a.m. Go to bed
I do have two memberships and one location is a 24hr clubwould I be better off going after work or is my morning schedule fine? I reallylike training in the morning but my biggest worries are that I am not reallygetting anything in me as far as food for four hours after I wake up and if Ido train at night I will be losing sleep. I don’t really have time to cook what would be good and quick to eatbetween waking and training? Should I try to split up training between morningand night? If so what split should I do keeping in mind that I really don’twhat to train over the weekend other than maybe Sunday night. I am just gettingback going again after four months away and I am trying to get the most out ofmy time. I for the most part I eat Tuna, Grilled Chicken, Steak and GroundBeef, and White Rice during the week but I do tend to stray during the weekend, having a family and being busy tends to keep me away from a real solid eatingschedule but I still do get plenty of food in me but just over less meals.

Default Travel Question for Dennis Wolf?

Dennis: How can you fly in an airplaine? The seats are so small and you're a HUGE guy? Often wondered this when flying and imagine, that it must be tough to fly many hours in a cramped jet plane? Also, do you pack most of your food for your flight and stay in a hotel room with a kitchen or does the promoter supply you with quality food or money to purchase it? Traveling a long distance while dieting must be tough? Thanks for your answer and all the very best to you!
