    Looking like i have potential for an all time pr this week in the 200 if i put everything together... Need to really get pumped up for it.. Then going lifting after,, then doing my heavy band workout, and abs,,
    Right now listening to christmas music to get extra pumped up for it...Really going to go for it and go all out... Should be fun....

    Looking to stay at a lower weight this winter though... dont need to get to 230.. going to try to stay at 225lbs and do more track workouts to maintain speed all year... Only on the warm days though..

    must have listend to the correct ratio of christmas music this week because i just ran my 2nd best time since 1999 in the 200 at 24.13 , 23.84 hand timed at 6'0 and 211 lbs on partial year training... Going to train full time next year..

    And not only that but must have listend to the correct ratio of christmas music and heavy metal because at the gym i set some prs for beginning point in my squats for my winter program.. So off to a really good start on my winter program for power lifting and lifting.. And looking to really get pumped and go for it and get more personal records at the gym soon.. should be fun.
