Default Physique Pro Mike Aylward dead at 41

He died from heart failure. He had had a few valve surgeries before, and had a heart attack a week ago. He used to weigh 280-290 before in the offseason when we were younger. I had alot of crazy times with this guy.
    Michael Aylward,

both. just look at guys like morel, eating pizza, mcdonalds,... just to add a little mass. easting habits of an obese + abusing drugs = death at a young age.

Steroids. and sculpting the body, like a sculptor. Adding on more deltoids with exercise. and steroids.

i hear you on that, but Juan has stated his blood work states he's fine. For most people it would be a bad idea if health is a concern.

We hear about 110-year-olds who have been drinking and smoking every day of their adult lives - they are the exceptions, not the rule.
