Jesus, now you've listed them all like that Shawn it really does bring it all home doesn't it mate?

So, what are the preventions for this that we can all learn from? Regular health checks and blood screenings like you say?

More needs to be talked about thought that massive gear cycles and coming off for long enough periods is KEY to not only a good career but to LIVE in some cases! From what I know about the pro's in the 80's and 90's they would come off for months and months at a time and I'm on about coming off completely, not saying you're off but really just taking lesser dosages...

And most of them are all still alive and healthy! More attention to good year round healthy nutrition and HARD training should be focussed on for aspiring amateurs and pro's, not just taking massive amounts of gear and hoping that that will propel them to stardom...

Good radio show, correct that this is addressed. If not, and no actions are taken, it will not be pretty in the end. Bodybuilding is a great sport, but if you are taking truck loads of stuff the abuse become heavy and when you meet people who can hardly breath the yellow light is flashing. As we know, the next light is then seldom green, but red.
