I am glad to hear you are doing fine. I hope you might tell us a little about your diet. What is a typical day of eating for you??? Do you ever enjoy an off day and indulge in some dessert or junk food such as McDonalds or Wendy's etc....
Also, how about your fat burning routine???? Do you use the treadmill or stepper????? How long would you perform your cardio exercise????

Luke, What type of diet do you follow offseason, being that you like to show up to guest posings close to contest shape as possible. Does the diet dramatically change once contest season starts. Thanks in advance and I am looking forward to seeing you get compared to some of the pros who have recently made a big splash the last two years. I think you can stand with all of them
I eat very clean offseason and im never about 10% BF!! last year i doubt i would have been above 8% at worst as i was doing alot of guest appearances! I hit my lowest BF at 5.5% at a weight of 280lbs!
My offseason Diet is
MEAL 1 7 AM
12 EGG WHITES WITH 1 YOLK
1 1/2 CUPS COOKED OATMEAL
1 BANANA
MEAL 2. 9.30AM
10 OZ LEAN GROUND BEEF
2 CUPS COOKED BAZMATTI RICE
MEAL 3. 12.30PM
10OZ CHICKEN BREAST
10OZ SWEET POTATO
MEAL 4. 3PM
10OZ TUNA
2 CUPS COOKED BAZMATTI RICE
MEAL 5. 5.30PM
70G WPI
1 SERVINGS NITRO BLAST (INNER ARMOUR)
1 SCOOP OF VITARGO
MEAL 6. POST WORKOUT
60G WPI
2 SERVING NITRO BLAST
3 SCOOPS VITARGO
10G GLUTAMINE
MEAL 7. 9.30PM
10 OZ CHICKEN BREAST
10OZ SWEET POTATO
MEAL 8. MIDNIGHT
70G SLOW REALEASE PROTEIN
I EAT THIS MON-SAT AND EAT WHATEVER SUNDAY!
I TAKE IN ABOUT 15G BCAA'S PER DAY, VIT C, FISH OIL, B-COMPLEX, MULIT VIT.
I WILL EAT SUSHI ABOUT 2 TIMES A WEEK.
