I agree, but I base it off of most organizations rules. Now I personally only use a belt, but my left knee is bad. So when I max I put wraps on both knees to compress. Sleeves don't compress enough. So why not get the benefit when most guys competing use them also? It is open to debate though. They don't give me much carry over based on I can't wrap them that tight myself anyway.

Nah, man. No qualms with using a belt or wraps or sleeves… just thought "raw" meant something very specific. Didn't know it was different in different feds.

Have not squatted since this and don't really ever plan on it again. I used to squat nearly every leg day along with hacks and everything else. I always felt I had to really kill myself on leg day like most of us do but whenever I'm fully rehabbed from this injury I doubt I'll have that mindset anymore. Prob be less intense and just moderate weights/reps trying to somewhat maintain. I'm not a bodybuilder, just love lifting and trying to look my best. But I can't risk my career by pushing the envelope with this stuff.

    Squats
    Leg Press (or hack squat)
    Leg Extension

For hamstrings I superset lying leg curls with stiff-leg deadlifts.

This has been my typical leg day for about a year now, same movements.... I always go as heavy as possible. The only thing I will change is the repetition ranges and or number of sets depending on how I'm feeling. Leg press I tend to get creative with foot positions, 100 rep drop sets, triple drop sets, wild shit like that to make it fun.

All in all I'm done in under 60 minutes.

Yea unfortunetly. Some people, kind of like me, also use them for bad knee issues or injuries. It just means without the use of squat suits or briefs, which help a lot given the right fit. Some orgs only allow the use of a belt, not many have limitations on no belt or nothing at all, because someone has an injury somewhere.

    I always start with hamstrings

Lying leg curls, seated leg curls, maybe SLDL with dumbells. Then on to squats, leg press and adduction/abduction machine and maybe some light leg extensions. I don't do much volume for legs....maybe 12 sets hams, 9 sets quads
Like all true bodybuilders I get my supplements from www.truenutrition.com use discount code BIGOSO

You should specify what do you consider squat.Front squats?Sissy squats?Zercher squats? Or only rear squats?

Have you ever tried single legged squats? I donīt think you will need anything to put on your back to make it harder lol, and because of much harder stabilization it will help you to strenghten the core better than regular squat too.
