A wider stance does feel more natural to me. I'm not sure if it's an issue is biomechanics or habit.

Thats a really good point regarding habit . I seem to feel it more in the posterior chain with the wider stance but it certainly seems to be easier in my knees .

I'm following your training log with great interest and the t bar chest excercise is fantastic , thanks for taking the time to explain that so clearly

Oh your welcome. That movement has really helped me.

Your point about the posterior chain is on the money. I used the wider powerlifting stance for many years. My hamstrings are way ahead of my quads. I developed a respectable squat but not my quads.

I enjoy hacks but can only hit them about every other workout , taxing on my knee

By far my favorite quad exercise. And I do them Platz style. Feet together down at the bottom of the platform

It's this one , I usually hate leverage squat machines but this one is tremendous.

This is the only video I can find with it in action . Ours seems to have a bigger footprint nad you can really move your feet around and play with the pads you use

Very interesting reminds me of a sissy squat.

Ive recently added Bulgarian split squats holding dumbbells later in the work out . I'll see how that goes
