I think branch knows he won't win, judging by the start of the video he seems to be mellowing out a bit. good for him

Is Branch still working with George or did he switch back to Neil?

Branch will surely win the Arnold this year.

The aesthetics is just too much for Cedric and Shawn Rhoden. Out muscle the Wolf and the beauty is just overwhelming.

I would bet good money that he will take the most muscular award too. Or best poser.

branch is someone who would benefit highly from a structured training routine working around injuries like mountain dog. cuz this 4 reps just grinding with no explosiveness isn't doing shit but ruining his shoulders. he looks disappointed and in pain after every single set. he definitely has no confidence this time around. this might be his swan song, especially considering he's probably looking to finish like 8th.

He lost motivation. He also seems pretty sad.

Wow that form is just impeccable, text book stuff right there.. Reminiscent of Arnolds encyclopedia of Bodybuilding.. Why they aren't body builders with weights in their hands, they're surgeons moving gracefully with scalpels

I was down for most of that til I got to the cable crossovers .

But hats off to them, esp. Johnnie. Amazing physiques, each in their time.

Seems fine to me we've all had a workout where we're bit low, looked productive to me!

I respect branch for what hes done. His intensity is second to none . I wish him the very best to come for him.

I would have to agree with some of the above comments. Branch did seem a bit mellow. BUT I am definitely a fan of his work ethic and what he has done in the past.

It was cold as f@ck in Arlington that day too so it took them forever to warm up to 315 on incline

Would definitely like to get more commentary the next go around. Anything yall particularly would like to ask Branch or Johnnie? I am planning to do a separate QnA type session with them. In the past there has not been much opportunity to get this around training time.

could you ask Branch if his diet has changed much since his ASC win days? And also if raising a daughter might have somewhat taken the edge off when it comes to hitting the gym
