    BCAAs are the shit. Simple but so so effective. When you're really calorie restricted and use them during training, the pump and energy are no joke.

    BCAA is absolutely unnecessary with shitload of whey everyone is consuming.

    I honestly don't know of a single successful bodybuilder who consumes a "shitload of whey" while dieting...

    BCAA's are the only sup I would even buy on a consistent basis. Does anyone know which is better? Liquid or pill?

    I remember when i was called crazy at my gym because i would take 2grams between each exercise. Bcaas has always been my favorite supp
    Hard work + Dedication= MORE MUSCLE.(and haters)

    dont BCAA contain calories just like pure whey protein?

    Im not dieting but ive been using gaspari aminolast bcaa's with gaspari glycofuse (branched cyclic dextrin,Basically the bcaa of carbs) intra workout and ive never had better pumps and endurance as well as strength and mass gains. The pumps were almost too insane when I was on anadrol though lol. This is the first time Ive consistently used aminos and I can say that I'll never take them out of my supp stack.

    buy the powder then put it in your "liquid" of choice. Waaayyyyy cheaper. Liquid bcaa's are very expensive. Even using worthy doses of the powder is not cheap.

    I'm using just leucine for quite some time now because it is much cheaper and I find it equally as effective!!
