    Default Warrior Diet/Intermittent Fasting?

Has anyone used this type of protocol with any degree of success?

One of the dumbest diets I know of.Trying to base a diet on what someone thinks early man ate hunting all day eating kill at night.None of them looked like Ronnie Coleman I would guess more like monkeys...Also u can starve all day but good luck trying to eat 6000 cals in one meal before bed(If your bulking)I wouldn't see it work for cutting either as youd be catabolic all day...I don't know much on diet compared to a lot of guys here but this would be common sense

intermittent fasting works a bit differently. you fast for 16 hrs and eat all your macros within the 8 hrs left. still makes no sense, but i think nubret did something close to it back in the day.

A friend of mine does this. He is lean, but not very much muscle at all... I would guess it would be best suited for only trying to drop weight.. Dunno.. Try and see

I've done it for seven years. It's great for keeping you feeling great, at single-digit bodyfat year-round. I don't necessarily think it's optimal for putting on a ton of mass.

    Thanks all for the input.

I'm mainly trying to lose fat. Plus, I'm just not convinced that muscle tissue simply "evaporates" when one does not eat every 2 or 3 hours. Especially when you have a significant amount of fat to lose, as I do, and when awesome workouts are still commencing. I'm going to find out if I'm right.

I like fasting 12-13 hours, after 4-5 meals, use the method that you like most and fit your priorities and lifestyle.

Obviously, if you want to be a great bodybuilder, this is not for you.
