    Default Cardio? Which one?

Which style would be better for fat burning walking up hill for 30mins at moderate pace or interval training( run/walk)?

Intervals will give you a greater afterburn (EPOC) steady state cardio will burn more fat while doing cardio. Imo combine those two and get a win win combination. 10-15 mins interval followed by 30-45 mins steady state cardio best of both worlds

Thats oke, preferable imo is to do cardio on a separate day if thats not possible do it after and make sure you get some protein before hitting that threadmill.

honetly cardio has minimal impact onf fatloss , focus on diet and timine of foods. cardio is nice bu i would see 99% of its worth only to health not fatloss.
eg: 2 coockies tht end up beind about 300 cals, do you knwohow long you would have to run just to burn of 2 fuking cookies?

eat well, lift heavy, put on muscle (will make fatloss easyer) and do cardio for health. :-)
